1. SCOPE AND APPLICATION

This Privacy Policy explains how HopHopa collects, processes, uses, shares and protects User information. It also explains how User can access and update user's information and make certain choices about how user information is used. This Privacy Policy applies to users using the HopHopa website, mobile application and web application (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for the Services provided by HopHopa (hereinafter referred to as "Services").

This Privacy Policy covers both "online" Services and "offline" (e.g., collection of data through mailings, telephone, or in person) activities owned, operated, provided, or made available by HopHopa. The Policy also applies to user's use of interactive features or downloads that: (i) HopHopa owns or controls; (ii) are available through the Services; or (iii) interacts with the Services and posts or incorporates in this Privacy Policy.

All references to "User" means the person that accesses, uses, and/or participates in the Application in any manner. A person who uses the Application, opens an account on behalf of a business, represents and warrants authority to bind that business and acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

BY ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, USER AGREES TO THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY. User also expressly consents to HopHopa's use and disclosure of user's information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy and further signify user's agreement to this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions. User must review the following carefully so that user understands HopHopa's privacy practices. If user does not agree to this Privacy Policy, do not accept the Terms and Conditions or use our Services. This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into the Terms and Conditions.

The Policy does not apply to the procedures and practices followed by entities that are not managed, owned or controlled by HopHopa or to the people that are not engaged, employed or managed by HopHopa.

2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

There may be cases when we do collect personal information when a user signs up for an account on HopHopa to use purpose-specific business services.

2.1. HopHopa may ask user to provide certain Personal Information such as email, mobile number, zip code, geo location etc., which may be collected through various means and in various places through the Services, including account registration forms, contact us forms, or otherwise through direct interaction. Information collected shall be for lawful purposes and connected with the Services provided by HopHopa. Such information shall further be collected for analytical purposes by HopHopa. Such information may be partially or completely accessible to all visitors of the Application. User shall be able to control the visibility of such information through the settings options provided.

2.2. HopHopa may, from time to time, supplement the information collected about user through its Application or Services with outside records from third parties for verification of identity.

2.3. HopHopa may collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to, technical information about user's device, system and application software, and peripherals, that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support and other services (if any) related to such Applications.

2.4. When in use, the Application may automatically collect and store some or all of the following information from user's device ("Device Information"), in addition to the Device Information, including without limitation: (a) user's preferred language and country (if applicable); (b) The manufacturer and model of user's device; (c) user's operating system; (d) The type of internet browsers user uses; (e) user's geolocation; (f) Information about how user interacts with the Application and any website to which the Application links, such as how many times user uses a specific part of the Application over a given time period, the amount of time user spends using the Application, how often user uses the Application, actions user takes in the Application and how user engages with the Application; (g) Information to allow HopHopa to personalize the services and content available through the Application; and (h) Information on usage of Application for analytical purposes.

3. AUTOMATIC INFORMATION COLLECTION

In addition to any Personal Information or other information that user choose to submit, HopHopa and its Third Party Service Provider may use a variety of technologies that automatically (or passively) collect certain information whenever you visit or interact with the Services ("Usage Information"). This Usage Information may include the browser that user is using, the URL that referred user to the Services, all of the areas within the Services that user visits, and the time of day, among other information. In case of calls made to HopHopa's customer care center, HopHopa may record calls not limited to quality and training purposes, safeguarding rights of Users, and resolving disputes.

In addition, tracking information is collected as user navigates through the Services, including, but not limited to geographic areas. Usage Information may be collected using a cookie. If user does not want information to be collected through the use of cookies, user's browser allows user to deny or accept the use of cookies. Cookies can be disabled or controlled by setting a preference within user's web browser or on user's Device. If user chooses to disable cookies or flash cookies on user's Device, some features of the Services may not function properly or may not be able to customize the delivery of information to user. HopHopa cannot control the use of cookies (or the resulting information) by third parties, and use of third party cookies is not covered by this Privacy Policy.

4. USE AND SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

4.1. HopHopa collects user's information to provide user with an enhanced experience of its Services, by closely monitoring the mostly-used features of the Services, to focus on improving its features and/or resources.

4.2. Based upon the Personal Information provided for registration of the account, a welcoming email will be sent to verify your username and password.

4.3. HopHopa uses the information collected from its Application to be able to serve the correct app version depending on device type, for both troubleshooting and marketing purposes.

4.4. HopHopa uses the Internet Protocol (IP) address to help diagnose problems with the computer server, and to administer the Application. User's IP address is used to help identify user, but contains no personal information about user.

4.5. HopHopa will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when necessary or required.

4.6. HopHopa may use the information obtained from user to prevent, discover and investigate violations of this Privacy Policy or any applicable terms of service for the Application, and to investigate fraud or other matters.

4.7. HopHopa provides some of Service User's Personal Information to the Service Provider accepting your request for Service.

4.8. HopHopa also uses the geo-location information for various purposes, including for Service User to be able to view the Service Providers in Service User's area that are close to Service User's location, to send user promotions and offers, and to allow user to share this information with other people such as (1) the general public if user submits content in a public forum, such as blog comments, social media posts, or other features of the Services that are viewable by the general public; (2) law enforcement officials, government authorities, or other third parties if your actions are inconsistent with HopHopa's Terms and Conditions, or policies, or to protect the rights of HopHopa or others; or (3) in case of a notification of sharing to which you consent to.

4.9. In addition, HopHopa may use user's Personal Information or Usage Information that HopHopa collect about user: (1) to provide user with information or services or process transactions that user has requested or agreed to receive including to send you electronic newsletters, or to provide user with special offers or promotional materials on behalf of HopHopa or third parties; (2) to enable user to participate in a variety of the Services' features such as sweepstakes, contests or other promotions; (3) to contact user with regard to user's use of the Services and, at HopHopa's discretion, changes to the Services and/or the Services' policies; (4) for internal business purposes; (5) for inclusion in HopHopa's data analytics; and (6) for purposes disclosed at the time HopHopa provides your information or as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy.

4.10. HopHopa may use the information collected from Application for targeted advertising. This involves using information collected on an individual's browsing behavior such as the pages they have visited or the searches they have made.

4.11. HopHopa may combine aggregate data with user's personal information collected.

4.12. From time to time, HopHopa may use personal information for new and unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in this Privacy Policy. In case of a change of information practices regarding those collected previously, HopHopa shall make reasonable efforts to provide notice and obtain consent of any such uses as may be required by law.

5. DISCLOSURE

HopHopa does not sell, share, rent or trade the information collected from user, otherwise than as disclosed within this Privacy Policy or at the time user provides user's information. Information may only be shared under the following situations:

(a) Agreeing to receive information from third parties

If user agrees to receive information and/or marketing offers directly from third parties, the Information shared by User with HopHopa will be disclosed to such third parties and all the information that user discloses thereafter shall be subject to the privacy policy and practices of such third parties. HopHopa is not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of such third parties and, therefore, user should review the privacy policies and practices of such third parties prior to agreeing to receive such information from them. If user later decides to stop receiving communication from the concerned third party, user will need to contact that third party directly.

(b) Sharing Information

Personal Information may be collected and shared with third-parties if there is content from the Application that user specifically and knowingly uploaded to share with or transmit to an email recipient, online community, website, or to the public, e.g. uploaded photos, posted reviews or comments, or information about user that user chooses to share with others through features which may be provided on HopHopa's Services. This uploaded, shared or transmitted content will also be subject to the privacy policy of the email, online community website, social media or other platform to which user uploads, shares or transmits the content.

(c) Administrative and Legal Reasons

HopHopa may access, use, preserve, transfer and disclose user's information (inclusive of Personal Information, IP address, Device Information or geo-location data) to Government or law enforcement officials or private parties: (i) to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, subpoenas, Governmental requests or legal process; (ii) to protect and/or defend the Terms and Conditions for Services or other policies applicable to any Services, including investigation of potential violations thereof; (iii) to protect the safety, rights, property or security of HopHopa, its Services or any third party; (iv) to protect the safety of the public for any reason; (v) when disclosure would potentially mitigate HopHopa's liability in an actual or potential lawsuit; (vi) to detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; and/or (vii) to prevent or stop activity HopHopa may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, an illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity.

(d) Business Transfer

HopHopa may share user's information, including user's Personal Information and Usage Information with its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates for internal reasons. HopHopa also reserves the right to disclose and transfer all such information: (i) to a subsequent owner, co-owner or operator of the Services or applicable database; or (ii) in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, restructuring, the sale of substantially all of its membership interests and/or assets or other corporate change, including, during the course of any due diligence process.

(e) Bankruptcy

In the event of bankruptcy, reorganization, receivership or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws, HopHopa may not be able to control the transfer, usage or treatment of the information, and reserves the same to be transferred to non-affiliated parties.

6. ANALYTICS AND ADVERTISING SERVICES PROVIDED BY OTHERS

There are other areas in the Application that we may allow others or third parties to provide audience measurement and analytics services for itself, to serve advertisements on HopHopa's behalf across the Internet, and to track and report on the performance of those advertisements. These entities may use cookies, web beacons, SDKs, and other technologies to identify user's device and record application usage when user visits the Application and uses our Services.

7. SECURITY

The Personal Information remains securely stored within HopHopa's databases, by means of standard, industry-wide, commercially reasonable security practices such as encryption, passwords, and physical security measures so that user's information is protected. HopHopa shall make all diligent efforts to keep user's information protected by following best practices and industry standards.

8. LINKS TO EXTERNAL WEBSITES AND APPS

When user uses the Services, user may be directed to other sites or applications that are operated and controlled by third parties that HopHopa does not control. HopHopa does not endorse such websites or links. User acknowledges that HopHopa provides these links to user only for convenience, and is not responsible for the privacy practices employed by any of these third parties. HopHopa encourages user to note while leaving its Services and to read the privacy statements of all third party websites or applications before submitting any Personal Information to such third parties.

9. UPDATING, DELETING AND CORRECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION

9.1. User is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information user submits to HopHopa. If user's Personal Information changes, or if user no longer desires HopHopa's Services, user may correct, delete inaccuracies, or amend information. HopHopa will make all reasonable efforts to make requested changes in its then active databases as soon as practicable.

9.2. User may (if applicable) also cancel or change user's communications that user has elected to receive from the Services by following the instructions contained within an e-mail or by logging into user's account and changing user's communication preferences.

9.3. In case any modification or change of information results into insufficiency/ inaccuracy of the information, thus making permitting access to the Services difficult, HopHopa may, at its sole discretion terminate user's access to the Services by providing user a written notice to this effect on user's registered email id.

9.4. HopHopa will retain user's Personal Information (including geo-location) for as long as user's account with the Services is active and as needed to provide user services. Such information, may however, be retained even after cancellation of the account to comply with HopHopa's legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, conclude any activities related to cancellation of an account, investigate or prevent fraud and other inappropriate activity, to enforce HopHopa's agreements, and for other business reasons. User's data may be anonymized and aggregated after a period of time, and then be held as long as necessary for HopHopa to provide the Services effectively. This anonymized data will solely be for analytical purposes.

9.5. User should understand that if User publicly posts user's Requests, Wants or Feedbacks onto the Application, user may not be able to change or remove it.

10. USER GENERATED CONTENT

Services offered by HopHopa allow Users to share information with others. When User shares information publicly, it may be indexable by other search engines, including Lookna's search engine services. Our services provide Users with different options on sharing User content.

11. PRIVACY POLICY UPDATES

HopHopa may, in its sole and absolute discretion update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to its information practices. Any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy. HopHopa , thus, encourages users to periodically review this page for the latest information on its privacy practices.
